about the flooding situation uptown? about an hour ago there wasnt water, but i am wondering if anyone knows anything more. thanks.

i haven't heard anything about uptown other than the corner of carrolton and claiborne was really bad and was under a lot of water early on....so i'm assuming the rest of UPT is the same way.....i haven't seen any pics from UPT or slidell.......that prolly means these places where hit pretty bad

i need to know about the riverbend area, the corner of carrollton and st. charles. i live(ed) by the streetcar barn.

as of last night the area near cooter browns was dry, but falling victim to looting.

there were men with shotguns on oak st trying to protect the area.

not sure if water has risen or not


it's difficult to get an idea of the water levels at this point
